Inspecting apartments, cleaning, inventory, damages.
Scheduling cleaning teams & monitor daily work progress. 
Check in guests  any hour of the day.
Running errands as per Area manager requests.
Office Related work as per area manger instructions.
 

Requirements:

Car and driving license.
Knowledge in Microsoft office environment.
High Motivation.
Willing to work in late hours.
Good time allocation ability.
High Communication skill.

Proactive in all duties.
Reliability.
